1. Digital Product Delivery 

All of our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is successfully completed: You will receive instant access to your eBook via a download link displayed on the checkout confirmation page. A confirmation email containing your download link will also be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive your email within a few minutes after purchase, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

2. Delivery Time

 Digital delivery is instant. In rare cases (such as payment processing delays or email server issues), delivery may take up to 15 minutes. If you still have not received your product after that time, please contact us directly at novarkade111@gmail.com and we will resend your download link.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your eBook, please reach out to us at novarkade111@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will make sure your issue is resolved promptly.

4. No Physical Shipping 

We do not ship physical books, CDs, or printed materials. All purchases on this website are digital and delivered electronically.
